To make a booking

For availability of dates please telephone Aeron Coast Caravan Park.

We are closed between October 31st and March 1st but bookings can be made from January 1st.

If there is a pitch available for the dates you require, please print out and complete the reservation form and return with deposit by post.

It is important that you return this form to us within 7 days as confirmation of your booking. If we do not receive this confirmation together with your deposit we will re-allocate the pitch.

Payment
Please enclose a deposit of £20.
Cheques should be made payable to Aeron Coast Caravan Park.

N.B. If you have to cancel the booking, please give us at least one week's notice.
We are unable to refund your deposit and we do not refund due to bad weather.
We cannot guarantee the reservation of a specific pitch but please mention a preference when you call the site and we will try to accommodate your wishes.
Deposits are non-refundable - BALANCE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL.

Touring and camping
Prices/terms for 2007

Charges per pitch per night for a touring caravan, tent or motorhome. Includes 1 car and up to 4 occupants, inclusive of electricity.
March, April, October (excluding Bank holidays)	£14.00
May, June, September (excluding Bank holidays)	£16.00
Easter and May Day Holidays	£20.00
Spring Bank Holiday Week (Whitsun) & August Bank Holiday Week: minimum stay 4 nights	£23.00
July 1st - July 20th	£20.00
July 21st - September 1st	£23.00
October 31st - 1st March, 2008	CLOSED
Extra occupant (2 years and over). Maximum occupancy 6 persons	£2.00
DEPOSIT REQUIRED - NON-REFUNDABLE Prices include membership of our club	£20.00

Free to all our patrons:
Hot water in all toilet blocks and washing-up areas including showers. Special facilities for the disabled and a baby changing room.

Use of outdoor swimming pool from late May to end of August.

Evening entertainment is provided nightly during School Holidays (Whitsun and summer). At other times entertainment is fortnightly on Saturday nights - please check availability with the Office.

Terms
Dogs are allowed (one per unit) but must be kept on leads at all times.
Special permission from the Office is required for a maximum of two dogs.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued due to inclement weather.

We regret that Aeron Coast Caravan Park cannot guarantee the reservation of any specific pitch, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests.

Maximum number of cars at any time (including visitors to the Park) - 2 per unit.

Late arrivals must register at the Office by 11 o'clock the following morning.

Ground sheets for awnings and tents must be breathable.

No pup tents (small additional children's tents) are permitted.

Gazebos must be taken down over night

Maximum tent size: 13ft x 13ft (4m x 4m).

There is a shop for provisions at the Filling Station at the entrance.
Aberaeron's shops and restaurants are a short walk from the Park.
